Yep kinda think there is some t***h hear. My 94 yr old mother living in rest home got c***d at Thanksgiving with 24 others. They are the worst age they say to get. Shes fine so not to sure what to say. It is interesting to see how it was done without firing a shot. Crazy world heh

Well I'm Gunna keep wearing my mask, I've had friends and family die. I get to wake up every morning and read the obituarys. We're all Gunna die anyway, but I don't want to rush it. But if no one else wants to wear a mask that's cool. Unemployment is going down as fast as businesses are closing. That's not a conspiracy theory, that's a fact. Do you think that if more than half people in this country didn't want the government making all there decisions that they would v**e for socialism?????

I agree Egghead. I recently read an interesting article about nurses who are being spit on and abused by dying patients who “can’t have C****-** because it’s a h**x”. I have a coworker who was in the hospital for several days and still can’t work more than an hour or so because of the lingering exhaustion from what he knows isn’t a h**x.
What an interesting world we live in. Anyone can make a video and talk like they’re an expert and call anyone and everyone names. I h**e socialism, I like as little government meddling as possible, but I’m not sure when doing something for the “greater good” became something only “sheep” did. Whether masks really help or not, if me wearing one keeps someone from losing their business and/or livelihood, I’ll wear one when I’m in public. Call me a sheep, I don’t care.

The beer distributor won’t let me in to buy beer unless I wear a mask. Same is true at the grocery store.
Otherwise, I don’t wear a mask. Even when I have to go upstairs into the office where most everyone was tested positive for the v***s, I don’t wear a mask. No one in the office does either.
We’re from New York and we AINT sheeple!!! Most everyone here owns a gun and v**ed for Trump. We ain’t likely to go down easily.

"Wear the mask!" It can give you and them some protection. Those that don't want ot wear the mask are putting you and others at risk. Them and their families. You and your families.
Don't go to large gatherings. Common Senece is NOT Common, Never has been.

Just watched the video.
Sat quietly for a couple of minutes, thinking..."should I throw my 2¢ in ?"....a few more thoughtful minutes,...... poured another cup of coffee....yeah, just can't let this pass as "common thought"...IT IS NOT.
It is the ranting of a Fox News, Q***n, Alex and Rush- influenced part of our populace that I consider both narcissistic and selfish, while being blatantly DISRESPECTFUL of their fellow citizens who may have no choice but to go to work, interact with clients, re-supply the bare necessities like food.
Survival, man, that's the day's agenda.
If it means that we have to take some unpleasant precautions, so be it.....I'm a big boy....I respect my neighbors, family and friends.

I want to go to the bar and watch the game, I want to go to a concert to hear some rockin' blues, I wanted to play Santa Claus for a church group, I wanted to hug my friends and their kids....who lost everything in the Sept. 8th fire(along with 2300 other folks)....... BUT....I will NOT be narcissistic or selfish. I will forego those "wishes" in lieu of GETTING THE CHANCE TO DO ALL OF THOSE THINGS.... NEXT YEAR... and hopefully many years to come.
I have faith in the science (I have a B.S. in Biology/Pre-Med), faith in F***i, and will certainly take the v*****e when MY TURN COMES......small sacrifices now will garner big gains in the months ahead, but only if ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE ADHERES TO THE EFFORTS.
All it takes is just one naysayer to break the chain of sensibility..... just one "I don't need no stinkin' mask....I won't be a sheep....I don't believe the severity....I won't be told how to live MY life....."

We can only achieve the success of defeating the v***s if we have a concerted effort by all, not just some. Prove to us that you have concerns for your fellow man. Prove to us that you ARE the tough guy persona, who can do anything, you espouse to be.
Otherwise, we will still be having this same conversation this time, next year.....sad.

When I watch a video of this nature, or watch the pundits on TV say many of the same things, I can but make one offer...............

Ok I think the video over simplifies and exaggerates and is way to long. However I mostly agree with the main point that people are not thinking for themselves and the government has way over reached and over stated this. when the national death rate from this is 1:1000 for the year and the normal death rate in the usa is 8.2:1000 and this year the yearly death rate from what I can find is still at the normal rate instead of being higher to reflect cv-19 deaths then while cv-19 deaths are a concern it just drives home the statistic that I had heard that the majority of those who died from it would have died from an underlying cause this year with out cv-19. All this backs up what we have repeatedly been told by those who have been following this, that those who are at risk are those over 80 and/or have an underlying health issue such as cancer, heart issues, etc. So why close down everything and have everyone live in fear? There is no real logical reason why for example strip clubs can be open and prayer meeting banned and so many many other example of governmental craziness. We use to live in a free country where we should be given the facts and we could decide for ourselves what risk vs benefit decisions we are willing to live with. I will stay home if I am sick for the good of others and while I would expect the same from others I would in no way mandate it. If I am concerned about getting sick I will keep my distance from others and/or wear a mask if I feel the need but in no way mandate it. If I am concerned about eating in a restaurant I will eat at home but I sure would not mandate they close or others stay home. And this is the whole point you and I are responsible for our own action and our own safety and have no right telling others what they should do or ask our government to tell others to conform to our wishes. The other thing we can take from this past year is that the "experts" really have no clue and have repeatedly said one thing only to say the opposite later, and the reporting has been wakeful only reporting one side of this whole v***s issue when there have been very creditable experts that have taken a different stand only to have been ignored but later proven right. We can no longer trust our government or our press to give us the straight scoop which is why everyone needs to examine the issues themselves and do what they feel is right and understand others may disagree

I quit trusting the "News" when they started adding their opinions to the "News".
Having said that, a "Lot" of the people are NOT responsible about others. The upswing in cases went up for 2 reasons, IMO.
One, more people are being tested now.
Two, They were NOT responsible and went to large family gatherings, trusting that they would be safe with extended family. Wait and see how bad it is in Jan after the Christmas families get together.

I wear a mask when I leave the house/car and people are around.
I don't want to take a chance to infect them and don't want them to infect me.
Having said that the last mass v******tion was in the 50's to cut down and stop most of the Polio cases.
Most of the people now days were not born when that happened.
Just glad it is NOT as bad for spreading as measles. That is not to say this is not bad. But it is not supposed to "Hang in the Air" for 6 hours like measles. Agreed that most people don't die anymore from measles, but they still do. So if someone is NOT wearing a mask at the store , ect. I feel that they don't care about anyone but themselves. That means that they "Could" be trying to k**l me as at 75 and COPD, I am "High Risk" for a "Dirt Nap" from this. So it is not for the greter good to me but it is personal. But that's just me.

It is not that hard to wear a mask. There is a time for the government to step in for the good of ALL people. If we could all take a few months and wear a mask, wash our hands, and stay six feet apart maybe we can beat this v***s. It will take all of us. If it works it works for everyone, if not what did we lose?
