Please, Wear A Mask and listen to CDC guidelines

For the second time my wife and I have been exposed to the COVID 19 virus, not because we did anything we weren't supposed to but because someone she works with went to a Thanksgiving dinner where they were exposed and caught ,along with his whole 16 member family, to the virus. He has exposed everyone in her department and now we are in a 14 day quarantine,,, Again,,, this is our 2nd. We'll get tested tomorrow and hopefully will come back negative but People this is no joke and it's scary. Please think of others and do the right thing, it's no fun wondering if you might die from someone else carelessness.
We have done everything the CDC recommends and we've still been exposed twice.

Wow! Sorry to hear this, praying for you! Hope you and the wife are ok and virus free! Just a shame that some peeps just don’t care! I agree 100% wear a mask and follow the CDC guidelines,

My daughter tested positive for covid 19 and she stayed in her home along with her teen aged son and husband and neither her husband nor their son contracted covid 19. I think that there is more to learn abought covid 19.

Thanks Bassmatter, the crying shame is we missed our family Thanksgiving because the CDC recommended to not travel, for the first time ever. But we think about others too, people gathering in large crowds going to dinner with your distant families and with Christmas this crazy thing will just get that much worst. If we can all do as the CDC suggests we may just cut the number of deaths down.

So sorry Ivey. Praying for y’alls health. My wife comes up with somewhere to go sometimes and I keep telling her no. We didn’t have any family for Thanksgiving and the same is going to go for Christmas. I’m not taking any chances. With everything that’s going on with me, that’s all I need. Ain’t gonna happen.

I hope for the best for you and your wife.
it is discouraging how many people do not respect each other enough to wear a mask in public, and
keep a relatively safe distance.
should not be part of anyone's politics...……………..and if 35 to 40% of the population refuses a Covid vaccine,
this will be a problem way longer than it should.

Sure hope your ok Ivey, I've been qaurentined 6 times now. Locked up in my shop lol still fixing trucks. I wear my mask EVERYWHERE. People I know ask me why??? What are you afraid of ??? I'm like really??? I'm not afraid of anything. I'm safe. And I would rather wake up tomorrow and read your obituary than to have you wake up and read mine. I don't care what anyone does, but don't mock me for using my head. I employ and care for quit a few family's. Being stupid or stubborn only puts all my guys in danger. And if they all get sick, my business stops. And the income stops. So, to each there own. Why can't people just do it for themselves, i can't figure that out. But I hear " No ones Gunna tell me I have to do anything" why not ? just do it cuz it's a good idea 💡. It's like telling people, Do Not Jump off that Cliff, hmmm there they go. See Yas.???

Had to cancel my heart tests next friday and can't get them rescheduled till after the new year, which backs up my shoulder surgery. I guess there's one good thing, till I find out if we've got it or not, I'm gonna eat like I'm on death row and it's my last meal. I'll worry about the weight after

Sorry to hear that Ivey, hoping both the wife and you test negative. Praying everyone is ok. That sucks, postponing the Heart test and shoulder surgery, but the hospital isn't a place I'd wanna be for the next few weeks,anyway. Enjoy the gourmet meals.LOL

I'm with you bud my wife came out positive and my daughter was negative but may have been to early test cause she puking my mother in law was positive I was negative people masks save lives you may not care to but do you want to see your little ones and parents get it thank about others besides just you

This morning no taste no smell and a terrible headache, wife is the same. We'll be getting tested in a couple hours.

I sure hope you both improve quickly, and no lung issues. But those symptoms strongly point to Covid:(
