Morning Mike 30 is too cold for me. I start to freeze up when it gets below 50

Mornin Mike. Our highs are lower than your lows. We have 21 here right now. It was 14 at 5:00. Supposed to be around 35 today and that’s a great day here on December 5th. No wind and I’m building a pump house.👍
Please excuse me, but if the temperature here is below 50, I don't even get out of bed! it's easy to just sleep in because everyone has an excuse with covid-19, and I take full advantage of it. After all, I am just a story writer so if I think of a topic for a story I roll over and write the idea on a note pad and go back to sleep. What an easy life, the only problem is sometimes I do get hungry and in that case have to get up, get dressed and wander into the dining room.
Are you guys getting up, getting dressed, and going out and actually working? Why? You have every excuse you've ever needed to relax and do little or nothing--that's exactly whatr I am doing. Just Sayin....RJS

Not a even a bump today. Cold water, night air temp low 30 all week. Skunk on my back. Oh well, beautiful day.

With a view like that, who needs fish?

The view sold me. Fishing is good. But today, the skunk got me.
My question is:
Do skunks in December above the southern state exist?
Let me off the hook guys!

I’m not the kind of person who can just sit around. We don’t have any problems here where I live so I carry on as usual. It’s a long ways to any people from our place. The closest neighbor is WELL over 6 feet away. Lol

They do in Idaho, Oregon, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Washington and Utah that I know of personally. The only place I’ve done good fishing in October, November and December is Homer Alaska. I don’t think the fishing changes any up there.
