Who remembers this guy. (And no it’s not Gordon) Who did he chase. Did he ever catch him. Did you have a favorite episode. What was your favorite cartoon in your youth.

Too many good episodes back then to pick a favorite.
I still find myself stopping on a Bugs, Daffy, Foghorn Leghorn or Popeye cartoon as I scroll through the channels these days.

Yes in one episode he did catch the roadrunner. He had some acme pills that were going to make him 30 feet tall. Somehow the bag got a hole in it and as the pills fell out the roadrunner behind him was eating them. Minutes later the coyote spotted the roadrunner and grabbed him by the leg. looking up at the huge roadrunner he held up a sign that read WHAT NOW ?

I remember that he caught him. After catching him he didn't know what to do with him and just let him go.

Compared to our more docile American badgers, these guys are the welter weight champs. This is a ratel - also known as the honey badger. They do not play well with others.

BADGERS certainly can be
nasty-tempered !
The cartoon character in question is Wile E. (Ethelbert) Coyote, who pursued the Roadrunner almost incessantly, using various Acme brand products to catch or trap
him, always unsuccessfully !
There were so many episodes, it was hard to pick just one favorite;
my favorite cartoons were Warner Brothers, with Walt Disney Studios
following a close second ! I think my all-time favorites were of Donald Duck vs. Chip 'n Dale !

Wylie and Roadrunner were definitely one of favorites. Elmer Fudd was good too hunting Bugs Bunny.
