I just got off the phone with my brother-in-law. According to him, everyone of the Texas Panhandle Slattens with Covid problems are showing marked improvement. That would especially include his wife, my sister Donise. They held her for 3 days after her last emergency room visit, yet sent her home yesterday feeling much better.

We have reason to believe that our Family has turned a corner on their battle with the virus...knock on wood.

Good news now tell them to keep wearing masks. They can get it again after some time goes by, Second time hits harder from what I have heard.

Question. If you get covid 19 once, can you get it again?

It may depend on how many different strains of covid 19 there are. Remember that covid is constantly mutating so even though it is a different strain it still falls under covid 19.

Good deal for you and your family, bahmer.
Information from health care professionals on reinfection is what you should seek.
Everyone’s opinion is like dock talk!

Thanks for the update bahmer. My wife and I are going on our second week of self quarantine. Our Pastor got the virus and I was around him a lot and shook his hand. We were wearing masks and I use the heck out of hand sanitizers. So far, so good. We’re going to get tested this week. Glad to hear about badfisherman and his family are recovering so well.

'53, My sister is a retired nurse, so I have to assume she is aware of the continued risk of the Covid Virus. After my speaking with her husband, she called and we spoke for the first time since her contracting it. Other than her raspy and breathy voice, she sounded upbeat about her current condition. My spirits were lifted.

As my original PM/post to Bahmer stated, things are starting to look better for our Family.
