Just joined. My daughter and her boyfriend rekindled my interested in fishing this past Spring (2020) by gifting me a new rod/reel, tackle box, and five lures. I think I last fished sometime in the mid-1970's. Oddly, I haven't caught anything yet, but I've been having fun building up a nice tackle box full of cool lures, etc. Have also been playing around with building my own lures.

Welcome to the stage wslayton, you have come to the right place. Let the Georgia boys know where you are fishing and they will help you out.

For lure making hook up with wvmike. He has posted some fine looking home made ones here.
