I was in a little of that white stuff as we started a new family tradition having Thanksgiving at the vacation home in the mountains. It was a perfect weekend but so cold i thought I was going to die. Two hour drive home on Sunday and back to temps in the 60's. Still cold but way better.

When we cut Xmas trees last weekend, i laid down the law. Axe or hand saw only. They all used chainsaw/power tools. Why I asked? We use technology so we won't look or move like you do when we reach your age OUCH!!!!! Use a blower my man.

But, the 15 year old did use an axe to cut his first tree. PaPa Steve was proud of him!

I kind of thought maybe you still lived at home based on the many references that you are waiting to join the marines. If this is true remind your old man that you won't be around to do this so he needs to upgrade. And don't worry, once you are in the Marines you can only dream about what it was like to have $50 in your wallet! Lol
