Happy Christmas and a wonderful fishing new year.

I primarily fish salt water and some fresh water here in Washington state. Neah bay, Puget sound, Hood Canal, The Columbia river, Westport and Iwacco.

My boat is a custom 24 ft aluminum with Honda engines. Looks like a North River Sea Hawk extended transom and a King salt water trailer.

Hopefully fishing will be better this coming year.

Tight lines,

Dave

Your rig sounds a bit better than my 14 foot Grumann. Always wanted a pair of Honda twins. Welcome

Hi Dave. And Welcome. I hope that you also have a productive and prosperous holiday season and new year.
Perhaps we can get together some time once this COVID is under control if you’re interested. I have acreage and beachfront out of Belfair, and live on the Washougal River in SW Washington and fish the Columbia with my Signature 22’ Northwest Jet.
Not having to tow 3 hours to fish each other’s respective “home” waters might be a nice change. Think about it and let me know.

Hey folks! This is my boat. She has been 7 miles off of Neah bay, crossed the Columbia River bar several times, all over Puget sound and Hood Canal. Also the Columbia River at Rainier Oregon

I'd enjoy getting to know you. I just have one request. I am smoke sensitive and can't be around cigarettes. Is that ok?

Dave

Dave, I assume that post is for me since I’m the one who proposed getting together.
I don’t smoke or drink (much) but am not judgmental or opposed to either.
One photo is some of the family collecting steamers and oysters on our beachfront west of Belfair. If you like those we could possibly get together to harvest some once the favorable tides start turning back to daylight hours in Jan. Or Feb.
I’ve attached a photo of my boat. It looks like both of our rides are plenty sea worthy!
We should continue our correspondence through personal messaging from here on out. My apologies to the rest of FS if you we’re inconvenienced.
