It was done to promote aging athletes. It's a show Tyson is trying to get off the ground from what I read. Tyson stated he smoked weed before the fight. That tells me he wasn't serious.

Nah. You ever been punched in the face by a trained boxer, much less by one that can hit like Iron Mike? There's not enough money in the world that would tempt me to do that, I don't care how old he is.

I always thought Mike T acted like he burned hay everyday since he ever tried it. I guess it could also be from getting thunked in the head and everywhere else. I have enough headaches and pain. The only thing I would enjoy is the money they all get.

I fought in 53 amateur bouts and still wouldn't want to get hit by either one of them. Jones was a guy who would beat your body to death and when your hands fell , to the head for a knock out. With Tyson I would be afraid he would go cannibal on me. Lol.

Totally agree !
When I was about 17, I was boxing with a friend and got my jaw dislocated by a left hook. When I woke up, I took the gloves off (with a little help from my dad), and never put them on again. My jaw will still pop out, now and then, to this day....
I found that Taekwondo is much more fun !! 😣

I asked my dad to teach me to fight. He said put up your dukes. Then kicked me in the jewels. Son he said , if your going to fight, do it to win. One sunday punch loss since then.

Three minutes in the ring with Tyson and there go the music lessons my mother paid her hard earned money for, probably couldn't remember what instrument I used to know how to play !
