I was attending an company awards meeting at the Doral Club in Miami. We went deep sea fisihng and got into the dorado and caught a number of fish. We had them cleaned and asked the chef at the Doral to fix them for us that evening. It was such a hit, men were leaving huge pieces of prime rib to beg for a plate of our fish. Finally even the Mater D' came over and asked for a bite. Just Sayin...RJS

Thanks. I live in eastern NC, but plan on going down to Crystal River FL for a week mid December. Taking a boat and doing some fishing while I am there. Hopefully I can get some local knowledge from this forum.
