All right you guys and gals. I grew up watching Saturday morning TV cartoons too - looked forward to it all week. Which one was your favorite? Mine was Mighty Mouse - here I come to save the day. There were a couple of shows on that I always watched that weren't cartoons - Ramar of the Jungle and Flash Gordon. Another favorite was Robin Hood with Richard Greene as Robin. But I don't remember if that was on Saturdays or sometime during the week. Whatever it was "must see TV" for me. Robin Hood, Robin Hood, riding through the glen. Robin Hood, Robin Hood, with his band of men. Steals from the rich, gives to the poor - Robin Hood.

I don't think that I had a favorite.
When I was living in the Los Angeles area in elementary school I used to watch Cartoon Carousel after school.
They had Looney Tunes cartoons.

Well the bug never had a chance to bite me. I was in high school before we ever owned a black and white TV. So I had less exposure during my very tender years, as obviously some of you had. I am not being critical, just that was how it was. Just Sayin...RJS

Daughter got us a fire stick, get all the old westerns and cartoons on you tube. Have been watching Rawhide. Watched a lot of Rocky Lane, Rex Allen, Durango Kid and others. These are all better than the junk that is put on now.
