Guys, I'm sure there'll be some who disagree with me on this but I have to put it out there.
Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks to the Lord, our friends and family for the blessing in our life. granted the blessings for so many this year are fewer than many years in the past but I've gotta give thanks for the 64 years of Thanksgiving that were not affected by this pandemic. This year I'm thankful for another year on this Earth, for the opportunity to set across the table from my wife and son and bast in Gods grace. I'm thankful for health for myself and my family, and friends while so many others suffer. I'm thankful for the blessings of opportunities to live in a free country and say, do, and travel where I like. I'm also thankful for the times I've had this year on the water and the bounty of fish myself and friends have caught. I'm thankful for the love of a woman I could have never expected in my younger life. I'm thankful for friends and family who without them my life would be much more hollow and meaningless place. I'm thankful for a son who is a really good man and will bend over backward to help not only me but anyone in need. We've all had good and bad times and this year seems to be a lot more bad but somehow I believe this will harden our resolve to carry on in the face of danger. Most of all I'm thankful for the times to come and can only hope these times will be easier to see the goodness in most all the people who surround me.
Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends here on the Stage and may God smile down and bless you all.

Very well said my friend. And I consider it very much a blessing to call you my friend even though we've never met.
Thank you for your words and ALL the input you have on the stage.
And thank you Lord for all the MANY blessings you bestow on us ALL everyday. Amen.

Ivey, so very, very well said. I couldn't agree more with everything you said except to substitute 71 years for 64. A happy and healthy Thanksgiving to you and all on the fishing stage. I have really enjoyed the fishing stage and I thank you all.
