Took the family, wife, step daughter and grandson out to Santa Clara shoals. Beautiful day except for the hyacinth floating by snagging lines. On anchor with bait we managed a few diaper stripers and one nice 22" fatty on a mudsucker. Most of the dinks were on threadfin shad. After a few hours grandson got restless and grandpa's arms were wearing out from reeling up vegetation so we headed in with one keeper. Great day and a good experience for my grandson.
