Getting ready for some winter cat fishing. Bait for later. Goin' in the freezer. Caught using hook and worm in a little over an hour.

Hope you catch some nice cats WH. I've spent most of today fishing for a good mess of bluecats. Had a little luck & caught several skillet size blues, enough for a good meal. Good luck & tight lines.

The largest is the size on my hand. Not a lot of meat on any of them...but I agree with y'all, it tastes great.

Nice bait Hooker, but they look like Bluegill, Sunfish and a couple Black Crappie to me. Am I missing something, I don't see a Perch in the bunch?

The 2 on the top left corner look like they have the hump on their head but it could just be the lighting.

IDK brother. I was just goin by the color and the marking on the gill plate.
Maybe WH could clear up the question.
How bout WH? Any of them crappie?
