Shoulder surgery update

Dec. 2 they'll do the surgery, 20% tare in the rotor cuff big hook shaped spur at the end of the scapula spine. lots of Arthritis shown on the MRI. Oh boy, yea ha.

i hope it can all be done through an arthroscope, and limited incision(s).

Yep, they said they would arthroscope it. Lot less healing time. I really trust this Dr. too he did my right and it wasn't that bad I was back in 3 months.

Sorry to hear that Ivey. Take care before then to not make it worse. I have surgery on Dec.2, but it’s not as serious as yours is.

Did he mention you have to keep the Shoulder immobilized for 6 weeks?
Just don't push it.
I've had both shoulders repaired, same thing, torn rotator cuffs.

And then there’s rehab if he takes advantage of it, which I recommend.

Good Luck Ivey, make sure you follow rehab instructions and don't over do it. You'll be back by springtime, and them Smalljaw will be a little fatter, and waiting for you. You've got this buddy.
