Those are ladyfish...they are filled with bones. Do you eat them? If so how do you prepare them?? I do see a trout and a few others but my question is in regards to the ladies

Yes, served with filleting, with spoon. This was the first time I caught so many ladyfish. The largest one was 90 cm long. I caught them in Hong Kong. Incredible.

Lady fish, is very strong. Nearly 50% of the caught was broken line finally. I should have caught double here!.

I used 25 pounds as the main and 20 pounds as the sub-line. I used Live Shrimp as Bait. The largest was 5 lbs.

I planned to catch sea bass, but finally lady fish.
The sea bass was very large size this time before I went.
