Thursday was a phenomenal day in Osterville - went to Dowses beach - almost like summer!!

Blues also better if you avoid the dark meat. How do you do the salt water bleed?

Just cut across above the gills and and put the fish head first into a pickle bucket full of salt water. Give it about ten minutes and clean and skin, wonderful meat. If you canโ€™t eat within 12 hours or so donโ€™t bother, throw them back.

agreement on the bluefish.. fresh and fried there is
hardly anything better... many a trout outing has been
has been saved by bluefish (all we caught)
