excelent breed, German shepard. Very inteligent, loyal, can be trained for rescue, drug detection, service and I'm sure alot of other tasks. Have Owned a couple and were very good dogs!!! and Miss them.
Well that lasted 5 minutes. There is another breed that looks almost identical from Belgium, but I can't remember the name. They are also used in police work.

There a Belgium Malinois. Smaller than a GSD but more agressive and more agile.

Nice looking Shepherd there, but canโt tell if he is German or Belgian.
This is Sam (the Wonderdog). She took #1 Son out for some pheasants today while Dad was on conference calls...something wrong with this! She also taught him how to use a check cord for training his own dog. Apparently he followed the DIRECTIONS well.๐

kinda resembles a German Shepard climbin a wall
Was once (Malinois) the preferred dog of the USAF Security Police. DK why.
I saw a video about the Belgian Malinois and they are amazing dogs. The one I saw went up a ramp jumped on to a wall and crawled up a 6โ vertical wall. These dogs have no fear and are great for security work.

Yes, there is, and they
ARE very similar - they're
'Belgian Shepherds' !
