On Saturday, Oct. 17, Tim Trone
of Havana, Florida caught the
new Georgia state record blue catfish while fishing in a tournament at Lake Eufala (an impound on the Chattahoochee River) ! His 'cat' weighed in at
110 lbs./6 oz., beating the old record by about 18 lbs. !
Doesn't that lake split Alabama and Georgia? Could you get two state credit for that fish?
Thatβs catastrophic! Wow !!!

That's a good question. Maybe Alabama's record is bigger.
Alabama's record is 120.4 oz
That's just 1 of the fish I didn't catch when I fished Eufaula in August. The man is to be congratulated because most people could never boat a fish that size.

True that. I couldn't imagine trying lug that thing onto the boat. Not sure if I could. That's a monster.

Holy cat! Imagine the slabs of meat that came off of that thing!
Wow that's awesome. Now that's a Big Fish. Thanks for the pics. Way to go. ππππ
Just a guess but what would you actually get, 2 20 pound fillets?
