Haven't had much luck fishing off the beach so far but had and excellent afternoon fishing for spot with Reel Release Charter. My first time and greatly enjoyed every minute! Any tips on how to cook them?

Welcome to the Forum, Jmlt. Sorry, I can't help you out. That's a lot of fish.

That's a huge bucket of spot. I'd guess the best way would be deep fried or just gut, head, and scale and drop them in a pan of bacon fat. Then you could just eat i off the bones. Tail makes a nice hsndle.

No matter how you cook them watch out for the small bones. Be extra careful if kids eat them.
