Maybe 4 inches caught, seriously took the hook, caught over and over in the NY Harbor yesterday. I was fishing for blackfish, these guys kept taking my bait.

Asente, that's definitely a Cunner aka Choggie. They're little bait stealers you find wherever you find Blackfish. They are in the Wrasse family, and are supposed to be good eating, if you catch any big enough to to bother cleaning.
