Mornin' Lee, I get all of my rod building supplies from Mudhole.com. They have everything including videos to help build it. Let me know if you need any help.

Check the bait shop in Brielle near Bogan Basin. I know they used to have rod building but I haven't been there in a couple years. There was another shop in that area too but I can't remember where. Also Tony's bait and tackle in Manahawkin has blanks at least they did. You don't want have to ship blanks over 7 feet. Shipping costs more than the blanks.

That's where i used to get some of my blanks from in Brielle but he just got too expensive but you know it will probably still be cheaper than paying for shipping, i just can't remember the name of the shop

Its on the same street as the mariina for Bogans party boats. There used to be another in the area but I don't remember where. I get my materials in PA now. Mudhole a n d Jannes Netcraft are good for smaller components, mail order

I've bought things from Mudhole and Jann's. Response was good and efficient. I also buy stuff from LurePartsOnline.com. Request their catalog.
