Yeah, like I needed confirmation.

My impression was you had already accepted your fate. Here I am trying to make you feel better. It turns out I was as successful at that as I am at fishing!

My eyes aren’t what they use to be. You should have seen me trying to tie a lure on with 4# line yesterday! I really had trouble seeing the line, like a dummy I bought clear line!

Welcome Sterba43,to the stage. I'm planning on retiring to the southern part of your state in a year and a half,or so. Looking forward to some pictures of your favorite fishing holes, and what your catching. Tight Lines to you.

Not me Fin, always been the Murrells Inlet area of SC. I've got some friends either in Fla. or heading there, and I'll visit them, but SC is far enough south for me.

Hey, anything is possible. I understand my dad was pretty wild when he was young, then he met my mother and turned out to be one of the best dads you could ask for.

Fred I was just pulling your chain. I liked SC. My ship was in the yards in Charleston and I was maintenance supervisor for apartment in Columbia for a year. I quite that winter. Walked out on my patio both feet went out from under me and landed on my tailbone. There isnt anything Dr's can do for cracked tailbone. So found out it freezes in Columbia

I see that now. On this iPad it looks to be the same size as my 4# test line.

A cracked tailbone is painful for sure! Voice of experience.

Yeah Fin,an occasional freeze doesn't bother me, but I'm sick of 4 or 5 months of frigid weather. I must admit we've had a few mild ones in the last 10yrs or so, but still clearing snow, even for only a month or two is really getting old. I've seen enough to last me 2 lifetimes.Lol.

They make some great moonshine around those parts if that's your thing. It took me a week to catch my breathe after 1 slug of it. Never a second tho. Found out I wasn't man enough.
