There is a really good store/bait shop right near there. It's Hook Line and Sinker. Call them or stop by and check them out. They can give you a good fishin report. They're in Oakley.

I have taken my daughter to the Antioch pier and that is where she learned to feel for a bite. I have taken many kid there to teach them how to fish and just have fun. gotha bait is just down the road a bit. little stripers will hit the line as soon as it hits the water.
