Doyle got called into the HR office because of complaints about his behaviour being quote, " Insensitive " (Now come on.. Do you think Doyle is gonna take this?) HR said, " You have been called in here for sensitivity training, Why do you think you have to insult people?" Doyle said, " I like to give people Insensitivity training." HR said, " But why?" Doyle said, " Your training makes folks weaker, Mine makes them stronger, I make people immune to insults you set people up to be hurt once again." then HR said, "But you shouldn't insult people." Doyle said, " I dont insult people I describe people honestly." It was at this point that HR gave up.

I can count on 1 hand how many times HR called me in for a chat in my last few years of working. Hurt feelings in all the years before that usually involved physical pain. Now days the list goes on forever it seems that someone's feelings don't get hurt.
Now with the old okay finger sign being offensive, i have had enough of being " P " correct.
