Fished a customer’s brothers pond Wednesday evenings in SW Virginia. Caught 14 bass using Zoom Fluke weight less Texas rig, wacky rig worm and top water popper in the shallows. Love top water as they just slammed it. Total adrenaline rush!! The pond pic is just a 1/3 of this mountain ringed pond. Being a x navy jet mechanic I had 3 F-16 do a fly over and loved it and as I say that’s the sound of freedom. Where they came from or where they were going I have no idea. No AF Base near that area Thai know of. Love that noise!

Beautiful pond Gator, and real nice catch. Topwater is the most exciting way to catch bass. And a 3hotrod flyover is iceing on the cake. Thanks for sharing.

Bucket list is to have such a pond.
