Done both spring bear and fall bear. Soring bear not too bad but fall bear is greasy like pork. Fall bear makes good salami or bfast sausage with enough spices added.

At an exotic animal auction. There was a jerky vender there that had all kinds of weird jerky.

I've been all over the world and I've eaten some strange things, but no I've never had lion. I lived in Africa for about 4 years in the early 70's. Nearly got myself eaten by a crocodile. And my little dog too.
