Shadow here,first post. Took my grandson fishing yesterday, only his 2nd time. Went to a little pond in apple hill near Placerville, California. He had a blast catching little perch and bluegill. Now let's see if I can figure out how to post pictures.

Thanks and glad to be here. I've been watching and reading posts for a while but never shared before cuz I only caught 1 little rainbow this year

Good job my daughter lives up that way i’ll send her your post so she can take the twin boyz who are 2 1/2 to wet their lines. She just got a job teaching 4th grade in Placerville does the zoom thing but are supposed to open school soon

BTW I lived in Citrus Heights 61 years ago; just before moving to Kansas. Born in Whittier in 1954.

Great job shadow, looks like your gs is off to a good start. When they're catching and smiling, it doesn't get any better than that. Thanks for sharing the beautiful pictures.

Randyhartford I see you were born in Whittier in 1954. I was born that year also in McCloud, Ca.
