Oldest grandson fried this time I ate.
Both of the grandsons helped clean.
With the sides there are probably enough for a couple more meals.
My wife and daughter inlaw do not like fish.
More for the rest of us.

No idea what the fish is, but it may have some decent filets along the back. A little egg and milk bath, cover with some Frying Magic or Shore Lunch seasoning and fry them until golden brown. I think you’re looking for ALBRIGHT?

Fish is a SPOT. Saltwater fish.
Albright is it ,and spot is the fish it’s a salt water fish that a lot of people fish for, and the drum fisherman likes to use spot heads for bait.
The spot is also known as striper candy. You can live line them and catch some pretty fish. Catch big flounder live lining them in the spring
