Just to let you know that BadFisherman will be off the internet for a few days. He had a hailstorm in his area and they are replacing the roof on his house and the roofers messed up the alignment on his HughesNet Dish. So he is giving badbobby a few days off to gain some ground on him but he promises to give badbobby hell when he gets back on again. So badbobby this is your chance to get in all of the jokes that you want on BadFisherman. You have a few days so don't let the grass grow under your feet. Buy the way those were nice bass that you caught the other day.

re-focus it ? Since the roofers
messed it up, he should collect
the damage/expense from the roofing company; make THEM
pay for their screw-up !

since it's my house(won at the poker table)I don't really care how much they charge him
only wonder why he hasn't tried to get me to pay for it
and mahaps if he ever started payin me rent like he's spose to,I could afford the repairs

Whichever one of you owns it is irrelevant; the point is that the
roofing company should be the ones 'footing the bill' since they were responsible for the
screw-up in the first place ! It shouldn't fall to EITHER of you; they should just own up to their mistake and accept the responsibility for it ! I'm sure that roofing job wasn't free or cheap; they should well afford to pay
for the repairs to correct THEIR
mistake ! Or doesn't ANYONE do that anymore ?

My question is why isn't that a part of the insurance claim? It is after all a part of his home and should be covered.
I would be livid with the insurance company either what I have to pay in premiums each year.
