I fished for 4 hours trying different depths, locations, red worms, meal worms, and various lures... not 1 bite. Talked to a local on the way out and he said the water is 86 degrees. You won't catch anything here until it cools off. Beautiful lake, enjoyed just sitting there watching the birds.

Hey Ann, if you are using a boat you should pick up some 1/32 oz. jigs and an assortment of twister tail jigs I fished Wednesday, Thursday, and this afternoon mid 80's. Caught these 57 on Wed. another 47 Thurs. and 46 today. Mostly bluegill with a few crappie each day.
Good luck
