My sons first bass on his tigger pole when he was 6. Now he’s 20 and going back to college after I’ve enjoyed him being home this summer. We went to a friends pond and each caught 6 LM bass. Time is just flying by!!

Nice catch. Nothing better than fishing with your kids except fishing with GKids. Tell your son to study hard and be safe in school.

Great pictures GatorGuy, and nice fish. One minute they're throwing rocks in the water, then POOF, they're going off to college. Thanks for sharing.

How great it must have been to watch that little guys face when he caught that big fish!! I hope his face hasn’t changed too much when he caught one 15 years later!!!

Loud and clear! I may have told you about my oldest Boy’s first bass caught below a Power Rangers bobber on a Snoopy rod, but we were not ready with the camera. Well, we got a pic of the second one a few minutes later and it made my company’s fishing contest page. The other pic is from earlier this year...24 years later
His younger brother Bryan just sent me a pic of a rainbow he caught on a fly rod in Oregon over the weekend. He and his fiancée took a fly fishing class on vacation. Hoping they can pass on some things they learned while there? Now, to figure out how to forward those pics...
