My fishing buddy moved out of state. I love saltwater fishing for salmon but don't have my own boat. I would share expenses, etc. I have my own gear.

Mas Fish , you don’t get it do you . You sound as if you never owned a boat . Because if you did you would of known about people who try to leach on to your boat with the promise of I’ll pay for fuel bait and ice . But at the end of the day $20 doesn’t even pay for ice . And my boats don’t run on thank you . So this guy should start with a dog . Then grow a set , buy his own rig . We boat owners had friends before we bought boats ! And we know who they are .

I owned a 19' and a hunting dog and started a family. Kept my hunting buddy! I have had back surgery and can't handle or manage a boat by myself. No BS here.
