A lot depends on your height and weight, as well as where you'll primarily be fishing. Also are you looking for a sit in or sit on top? Also your budget

Look on Facebook marketplace. I know I say this to everyone that posts on here but don’t make the mistake of buying a kayak you won’t like. You should really try a cheap kayak so you know what you want in a fishing kayak. I bought a $800 kayak and I hated it. Just bought different one off of Facebook for $600. I love the kayak o bought off marketplace and I wish I didn’t spend $800 2 years ago just to get a new kayak

Just my opinion...I'd get a sit on top. I have an Old Town Dirigo fishing kayak that's a sit in and it's a nightmare to try to work lures out of.
The rod butt is always hitting the the sides of the kayak. I fished on a buddy's sit on kayak and it's a night and day difference and way more comfortable

Depends on what you are after and where you are located as well as the waters you are fishing. I have the SS127 Bonafide, sit on top, stand able, got to be stupid to flip it, good storage, fantastic warranty just a little pricey.
So give some more info and others as well will be able to advise more.
Here’s my BKC RA 220. You can slip a Keeper Sturgeon Tail First into the Below Deck Storage Area through the middle rectangle shaped Storage Hatch in front of the seat. This was my Main Reason l bought this 11’6” foot Model. The Yellow Anti Flip Over Assist Bouys double as Quick Release Emergency Anchor Bouys.
Once you determine what you want, check craigslist for listings. I was able to purchase a 12 ft Native Manta Ray for $250, which was a GREAT savings over the cost of a new kayak.

I fish in the ocean in So Cal and have a Hobie Outback. I am 6'1" and weigh 230. It has been a great kayak for me with its stability and sturdiness. And the Mirage drive gives me handsfree fishing and i can go farther.
yes first you need to go to alaska and talk to the inuit people and learn how to stroke your paddle properly. this with this great wisdom you will make the right decision.great blessing from the kayak spirits.
go to alaska and talk to the kyak spirits they will lead you to the right choice, because you dont know how to make a decision on your own.
Bonifide SS107 0r SS127stable you can stand up and the seat is very high for those more experienced angles with difficulty standing or sitting.
