Trolling around the lake and hour before departure this beauty came on. We tried everything for two days, chatter baits, worms, flys, chicken, and this hooked onto a small plastic soft lure with silver shiny inside. And Bobs your uncle, Roberts your mothers brother! Tasted fantastic too, bit of ginger and pimenta.

Just wondering..lol...I suffer as well, although a very prim and proper lady client shockingly informed me that it was now to be called "C.R.A.F.T." disease.... Can't Remember A F***ing Thing....*..!

* So what's up with the "selective" memory I have ?
I most likely can't tell you what I did last Tuesday, but I can rattle off details of my vehicles, old and new.... where I got that fly rod and the fly I caught the first fish on it with..... timetable of the birth of my child..... seems so very random sometimes, especially when you run into somebody a week after meeting them and having had a conversation with.....and can't come close to remembering their name.....grrrr ! LOL !

I have found that it is directly tied to how much is going on at a given time. I can't do multitasking anymore. At all, the first thing to go is the memory. 😃

Selective memory is about your short-term memory and “minor things” to remember or not.
Long-term memory is about things that are significant in your life, usually not very recent.

In my case, I usually can’t tell you what I had for dinner last night or the night before, but ...
I can still tell you over the phone how to troubleshoot a centrifuge or a liquid nitrogen freezer, DUH !

IN the time before wireless, all of outdoors was like that. Anyway, it's a beautiful place. Ofttimes I forget the sheer size of California and do not make the connection that there must certainly be locations that are quiet, peaceful and not inundated with crowds of people.😃
