No fair using a guide dog to move up Bd.

I see what you are doing letting him get the scent. Curious how does he point where they are?

Looks like the pup got to go for a dip, as a reward for finding the fish?

Well, looking at the evidence, I see a wet dog and a fish. Are you sure you caught the fish, or did your dog catch the fish, and was sport enough to allow you to pose with the fish on a hook as if you really caught it, and he is just admiring it? I wonder. Just Sayin...RJS

This time I caught the fish but I’ve had golden retrievers my whole life and some learned how to dig up clams, others have caught trout, one even got a wood duck, that had NOT been shot. !! Best breed of dog there is !

My dad trained bird dogs. Once, when I was hunting alone with one of these dogs, Joe, we were in very tall grass. When the covey came up, I shot and killed a bird that fell, but Joe brought one back from another direction. he can caught it before it could clear the grass. After retreiving that bird, I sent him after the other bird I killed. He as a great hunter. Just Sayin...RJS

I took one of my goldens out with a fella that had a German short hair. He was training his dog to Point and I did the shooting. His dog did a perfect point, he pulled the trap and I shot the pidgin. Then it was my turn to work my dog and he was to shoot, except when the bird flew it stayed low and was heading towards the only road. Well he didn’t shoot and the bird flew off and landed in the only tree in the field, my dog chasing after it. The other guy said “aren’t ya gonna call him back “ and I said he would come back in a minute.
Well we saw that bird land 20 up in that tree, but somehow, SOMEHOW, that dog came back with that pidgin, unharmed, and ready for another round.
That was ‘Buck ‘
