Different parts of the country call things by different names, sometimes. Rocky Mountain Oysters generally refers to pig parts. Calf fries are generally calf parts. Turkey fries are the tastiest non skeletal meat in my opinion & lamb fries are very tasty also. Whatever they're called they're very good eating.

My no brother good in law wanted to cook up a couple jewels he cut out of a buck he shot. I passed on that. Even I draw the line at some things. #1.... nothing on a cat is got to eat... unless, of course, it’s in Chinese food....
#2.... don’t Know about the deer nuts... I’d probably try them... after I saw someone else eat them and not vomit...
