try the fishing hotline number at: 716 855 fish
Rizzo: Thats a thought, but you could find a lot by just going to Google and asking different questions, until the right phrasing got you what you are looking for. Just Sayin...RJS
the fish hot line number will only be good for the new york side of lake erie,,,further south or west will be another state./county afterall.
Went out saturday from Fairport Harbor. Went out to 45' deep to start , caught a couple then went out to 60' deep caught some then started back. Out of 4 of us caught 18 from 17" to 25" long.

What? no pics of the Walleye?
The best in the history of the lake.
The walleye are hitting on Lake Erie. Trolling 325 back on wire line. Dipsey 165 back on 3 setting. Worm harnesses best.
Walleye are coming in schools. One day done in 3 hours other days 8 hours.
I charter in Conneaut Ohio.
Have to just watch the wind / wave reports to get out. The hot line ussaully a day or two behind.
Pa , Walnut Creek ramp, now has the school in front of them.
Yeah walleyes on fire up their last couple of years talked to a buddy earlier this week he said they're catching some yellow perch now too

Sorry , went with some Amish guys. Went in the afternoon and got back at dark. They cleaned them right away. Didn't get back home till after midnight. Was a lot of fun and nobody ended up chum'in if you know what I mean.
Just go, anywhere south of the michigan border and you'll fill up the cooler.
Wow, sounds like a real challenge. Just Sayin...RJS
I had a spot 50 yards inside the canadian border 20 feet deep rocks as big as Volkswagons I had a 1/4 mile
drift and I would limit out EVERY day. Very few could fish it because of the huge rocks and snags but I figured out how to bounce my jigs off the rocks without getting snagged. Every time I took a friend there they would
go through 25 jigs and finally get too frustrated to fish and be irate at me for bringing in fish one after another.
There was a huge rock wall and many of the huge rocks got into the channel. Had to have a GPS with me to make sure I didn't get into Canadian water Huge fine if you didn't have a license from there.
