Can we get feedback

When a member post a problem or asks for advice can we get some feedback when problem is solved? All of us run into problems from time to time and ask for help and suggestions on solutions. I think it would be nice and helpful to other members to find out that the solutions was or what cause the problem so if we encounter it, we will have an idea how to proceed.

The most recent I can think of is "Motor went Poof'. There were several suggestions but have no idea what the problem turned out to be.

ThreeC's: Excellent idea. Also, even if someone posts an antidote, joke, or something else, it helps to hear what others think. It's hard to hear one hand clapping! Just Sayin...RJS

I’m sure we all could use the solution to our benefit for future knowledge.

Seems like most of the regulars on here do what you are asking 3 C's. Is the guys who just jump on now and then that forget about the results notification. Can't see a solution other then finding the post and Pm them for an answer.

3Cs that is a wonderful idea. Common sense would lead one to do that, but you know how uncommon it is.

That was me, sorry, but all the suggestions did not work. I think it was something in one of the jets that was clogged. I blew it out, hooked the gas line up, and ran it with muffs. It ran good, but that is without a load, so I went out this past Wednesday, (rain) and it ran fine. Once again I'm sorry, I value your input, and I hope you understand it was a time between it not running well, and running well.

You are only one of many that have asked for help but never posted results. Now you are one of few that has posted results of help from forum members. Congrats on that!

thanks for the follow up. I know that on a three cylinder engine one cylinder not performing correctly will drop rpm from upper 5 thousand rpm to somewhere in the 4 thousand range. I would expect that a two cylinder would drop even more but have never worked on a two cylinder 2 cycle engine. I don't remember what engine you had.

Thanks again
