I think so I looked in to coos bay and there is a good run. And the state record. Came from there. 60 lbs or so I think

Interesting. When I fished the Umpqua many years ago there
wasn't a fishery for stripers in Coos Bay, or at least they weren't
talking about it. Do you have any suggestions on who I should
contact>

Call the bait shops they know were when and the guids I surf fished a lot and killed the big stripers on top water was the most exiting fishing I ever done
