I’m not quite south, but I suspect you’ll find a lot of the same down there...Stripers, Blues, Fluke inshore and Blue fin, Yellowfin Tuna and Mahi offshore. Not to mention wreck fishing for bottom species like Black Sea Bass, Tautog, Porgies and Ling. Check seasons on Sea Bass and ‘Tog , though.

I went to Island Beach State Park just before sunrise. Park in small lot just past main gate. Walk to beach and head south. Cast 25 ‘ in areas with small trough and reel in slow. Use high low florocarbon rig. Attach 1/2 oz white buck tail to lowest loop and a 4/0 hook to upper loop. Put white 4-5” worm on upper hook. FLOUNDER await you. High or incoming tide best.
