Hello,

I live in Southwest Missouri and for father's day my wife and son gave me my first ever State Fishing license. I grew up fishing with my dad on vacations off piers. did not do much river or lake fishing growing up. My son and I went out on Father's day and fished for an hour or so. Did not catch anything, but had fun making memories.

My question is what is the best way to tie knots for the hooks? best position for weights and bobbers on line?

FishingDad2020: Well, Hoss, I suggest the quickest and easiest way is going to YouTube. I have never thought of any question that I could not find "How to" on YouTube! Just Sayin....RJS

Knots depends mostly on the line you're using, for braid most knots will slip and go to YouTube to see those. For floats, I use rubber stoppers, can get them in most tackle stores or walmart. For weights try 6 to 12 inch above the hook and adjust float to the depth you want it at
