What's your go to lure for bass fishing in your local ponds?
I'm looking to try some new lures. I use Gary Yamamoto double tail hula grub with a jog head religiously and have great results but I'm interested in what everyone else uses for their local ponds to catch bass. I'm in the midwest in Southeast Kansas and we have northern strain largemouth but I'm interested in what everyone else is using.
Also wanted to say if you could give your general location, like what state you're in so I get an idea of of its be similar to where I am and also if you use plastics or anything if you can just not the color. Thanks guys!

Gary Yamamoto Senko 5in softs and Zoom softs. Texas rig works well to avoid getting caught in pond vegetation

No specific colors, but I usually use lighter worms in more translucent water and darker in murkier water

Lately I’ve been throwing a MegaBass dark sleeper. A lot of it depends the pond and what kind of cover is available. I like throwing a smaller Lunkerhunter Spitting Frog. They tear up easy but I’ve had lots of nice fish on them. If nothing is biting I throw Joe’s Flys, little spinners that will catch just about anything. Usually just dinks though since they’re trout lures.

1/4 oz rooster tail, of I don't hit on bass I hit monster bluegill or nice sized pickerel

Zoom super swimming flukes, baby brush hogs, U-tale worms, and hollow body frog lures make up about 90% of the fishing I do lately.

Mostly I use shad soft bait lures, they're cheap in Walmart, white or some yellow on them, lately been catching crappie on them. Standby, rooster tail or diving lure in light blue

I’m in Lawrence, Kansas and I like Berkeley Gulp worms and soft baits, as well as Vibrax spinners and jointed crank baits. You must be near the Strip Pits, you lucky dog!! My son and I go down and fish them for a week every year.
Great fun!!
Standard trditional Rapala and/or rubber worm. No ned to get fancy. Apologies to the high tech guys out there
I’ve seen your catches RonnieJW and your being a little modest. Guys, he can put em in the boat!
