Long great day of fishing. Bass weren’t biting anything. Switch to red wigglers and bluegill fishing. Couple of them to show. Sometimes you have to settle for what is working. How did the rest of you do Saturday? Anyone in Missouri fishing on the Stage?

Hi Mr. T Croft,
4 Hrs 47 minutes 322.7 miles via RT 70. Looks like it's the shortest route to take :)

Zoey :)

Not close at all. The Hwy 70 route is just part of the journey. You go to St. Louis first then south. No interstate in Iron County. Lots of two lane windy roads if you try a different path. Iron County isn’t known as a fishing destination. We are on track to becoming a big downhill biking destination. If that is a sport for you then the drive is shorter than Arkansas or Colorado.

Nice bluegill. Fun to catch. Caught a ton of them in northern WI as a kid along with crappie and perch.
