The Electric Mobile Worm

In this dream I am in either a hardware store or a sporting goods store. I am talking to a salesman who is showing me a new fishing bait he says is a sensation. He is holding a zip lock plastic bag which appears to have a plastic worm about 12 inches long inside.

After a few minutes of sales patter about how phenomenal this bait is and how it will attract fish the salesman opens the bag. Immediately, this worm shoots out of the bag and flies away zig zagging down the aisle. I and other shoppers standing nearby are amazed, with our mouths open but speechless.

Not only can this plastic worm that is dark purple in color and about 12 inches long fly, but it has demonstrated it can allude the capture of another store clerk who was trying to grab it in midair! Now, I hadn’t really come in to purchase a flying worm but was immediately captivated by this demonstration. “How much is that flying worm?” It is $10.00. “Well, I will take 3!”

However, I don’t know if it will be a good lure, or not. I am not sure a fish can swim fast enough to capture it. Since on one had yet caught the one loose in the store. Nor only did this miracle worm fly or glide smoothly under its own power, when the clerk tried to capture it, it would immediately go into more extreme evasive maneuvers to escape capture!

So, the clerk rang up my purchase and carefully placed three of these worms in their plastic zip lock bags into a larger shopping bag. I could hardly wait to try one out at the lake where there were both black bass and striped bass. I planned to rig it up on a Texas rig before allowing it out of my control, knowing how elusive they could be. Stay tuned for my future reports of this unusual and amazing fishing lure.

However, I feel sure they will bite, you did! Just Sayin…RJS

I was getting ready to say I'd like to order one of those & checked your post again and you said "in my dream". That would be a good lure to try though.
