My neighbor has been bringing over a lot of bluegills he has been catching. We’ve never made fish tacos at home before. Was wondering if some of you might have a favorite recipe you could share. Thanks.

Wife made some last night. She used the wraps instead of the shells. Spread on some mayo add fish, shredded cheese, salsa and we put on some cole slaw. and sour cream

We had some for the first time a week ago. Loved it! Used the soft shell tacos. Also added some fried jalapeño peppers to them and some uncooked jalapeño in the cold slaw. Used Crappie for the fish,( fried), just great!
Ain’t no better eating! Wife got the recipe on line. A little cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing too.
It was great. Give it a try. It’s just another way to enjoy your fish.
