Found it on line, just like mine but not as good shape as mine.LOL

https://picclick.com/Vintage-Garcia-Conolon-B-800-A-5-ft-Ultra-Light-123895677844.html

Bought it at the Gracia Outlet Store in N.J. back in 1974-5. Was great for Pan Fish, never tried it for Trout. rated 1-6 LB line, 1/16 Oz to 1/4 Oz lures. Didn't realize people would pay over $150 for one now days.
Mine didn't get that much use but made it through 3 moves and 2 marriages. Still on the Second marriage going on 30 years.
Tried looking up another Rod. Shakespeare Alpha SP1310 5 foot Light action rod. Its Newer, has Ceramic Guides. Can't find it on line at all on a search. LOL The other real old Rods were Boat rods, cheap and about to go to the Dump. One piece rods, handles coming apart from the rod. All with Metal guides. They were real chaep and working for quite a few years though. So old they have real wood handles. Late 70's, early 80's when I bought them. That will make the wife happy.LOL

Not sure if I should be offended by the link calling a β€˜74-75 series rod vintage. Guess that makes me antique. πŸ˜‚
