Good Morning Mr. Troyfrd1,
That looks very nice. I'm going to try it tonight. I'll make a lb of the standard shrimp. Water, White Vinegar and beer which I'll pickup a can today. We prefer wine most of the time. And toss in Bay seasoning a little Sea salt and cracked pepper.
Once everything is in there I cover the top of the pot with news paper then put the lid on. It keeps the condensation off the inside of the lid then from coming back down washing any spice off. And I'll make a pound of yours for dinner tonight. I'll check to make sure I have everything to make enough cocktail sauce. Tommorow morning I'll make Shrimp salad out of the one with Bay seasoning. We can have it for dinner.
