Call every bait store anywhere near the Sac River starting near where ever the Sacramento dumps into. Think outside of the boat...Not the box. But sooner or later they will fill you in.

Stripets? Is that a young striper or stripper? Sorry, somebody had to ask.
Sacramento is a long river. Which part are you going to?
I think Spirit is familiar with parts of it and there is another user from Cottonwood who fishes it too. Not sure how you look up people by location. Any one know how to do that?

Go to the top of the page and click on “user list”. Scroll down to “find by location”; click on that and type in the location (city, state) you want. The users in that locale will come up.

They're pretty much everywhere from freeport up to Verona if your in the sacramento area. It's just a matter of finding them. If your on the shore, yolo county side seems to be less rocky. Mouth of american river at discovery park is always a good place to start and then you got three choices on which way to go. If you go up the american ancil Hoffman is a good spot usually but you wont get a boat up that far you'd have to drive into that . Minnow hole to Garcia bend is where I've gone when access to a boat. Wed drop in at Miller park and work our way down to freeport or Garcia bend. Good luck.
