1.5 square bill gets it done today.

Yesterday it was a tackle box day.
Today was a different story.
No topwater bite.
Only small fish on finesse rig.
No deep crank bite.
Saw Shad flipping on the bank so I went to a 1.5 (Shad) square bill. And started paralleling the concrete walls on the channel swings.
Game on the rest of the morning.

Nice catch Eyecrosser, and that's exactly why we need a huge amount of lures. It may only take 1,but do you have that 1? Gotta live by the boy scout motto "Be Prepared "!

When I was a young lad I fished with an elderly gentlemen who always told me you have to set the hook hard enough to cross their eyes; therefore the moniker “Eyecrosser” was born.

For sure.
I was an Eagle Scout. So, I am usually prepared.
